A direct repair facility is a collision repair shop that works directly with the insurance company to make your experience easier on you. In ordered to be a prefered shop, the shop must have certified technicians, proper equipment, quality work, and a record of satisfied customers.

When the repairs are completed you will pay the deductible amount to Church's Paint & Body.
Can you save my deductible?
There are some repair facilities who advertise they can save your deductible, but what those facilities are not telling you is how they are able to save you your deductible. Ask the facility what part of the repair they are not going to do or what is going to be repaired vs. replaced or what is going to be sacrificed because no company is going to lose money on a repair.
Can you match the paint color?
Yes. Church's uses PPG Global and the state-of-the-art PPG computerized paint system. This system allows our refinish techicians to match the factory paint color.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept personal checks, cashier checks, insurance checks, and cash. Currently we do not accept debit and/or credit cards.
What is a betterment?
Betterment charges are determined by the insurance company and are on items that typically wear out within time, such as battery, tires, or suspension parts. These items are usually subject to a betterment when they are being replaced during a repair.
Can I wash my car?
Yes, you can, but the paint still needs time to cure. For the first 30 days, do not use a commerical washer because it can damage the finish. Do not polish or wax the vehicle for 90 days. You can wash the vehicle by HAND with a mild car wash and sponge.
How long will the repairs take?
Each vehicle is different depending on the damage on the vehicle. Our estimator will be happy to give you an approximate time; however, once a vehicle is in the shop and tore down, there can be hidden damage. If this happens, this can change the date of completion. We will keep you informed during the course of the repairs. Please remember that we want to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible, but we want to make sure your vehicle is repaired properly and to your satisfaction.
What is the difference between OEM, Aftermarket and LKQ parts?
OEM parts are made by the manufacturer of your vehicle.
Aftermarket parts are not made by the manufacturer of your vehicle.
LKQ parts come from a salvage yard. Salvage yards purchase totalled vehicles and use the good parts to sell.
